My husband and I are 7 month residents of Florida and 5 months in the mid-west during the summer months. We close up the house for those five months. Upon returning this year we had HTD do a thorough cleaning of the house. Basically they did a good job - especially the bathrooms - Where they we a bit lacking - on the floors - our house is about 95% ceramic tile - knowing the floors were very dusty - some dead bugs got in, etc. they did vacuum and damp mop them - along with dusting the baseboards - however, after the floors dried there were small piles of bugs/dirt, etc. in the corners - I had to take a damp cloth and wipe them up. that is my only complaint and an area where they could have done a better job. Suzie and her team were fantastic. We had them come in to give our new home a post construction cleaning. They went over every inch washing the walls, cleaning the refrigerator interior, and washing the exterior of all our cabinets. When they finished, I couldn't believe how white and sparkling the house was. The team was cleaning from the moment they arrived to the moment they left. When they finished, one team member was at our front door on her hands and knees wiping the floor so as not to leave any shoe marks behind. We will definitely have the team back. Read more >
