Tyler and his team were a pleasure to work with and did an excellent job on my kitchen sink and adjoining cabinets after I had Mold remediation done by another company. The job was completed in a timely manner. The workmen were professional and courteous. Tyler and Hourglass Builders deliver what is promised. Throughout the process, he would check in and responded to any of my texts or calls in a timely manner. Absolutely amazing experience! I had a huge job done on my house after some water/mold damage that required an almost complete gut of my kitchen, living room, & foyer. Very stressful & overwhelming situation! I was stressed to the max, definitely not the easiest customer. Tyler was fantastic to work with & very professional. He was always available when needed & was always on top of every situation or issue that arose. All his workers & companies he works with were great as well, they worked hard, fast, & efficiently. Quality workmanship & materials. They all deserve continued praise. I am so appreciative of all the hard work. I cant give enough thank yous.

We needed to have a new water heater installed and fix some drywall around it. They were great. They came out on time did what they had to do and within the 24 hours we were up and running very professional would definitely use them again.

I had a great experience with Tyler and Hourglass Builders LLC. I had work done on 3 rooms in my house, and during the whole process Tyler was very communicative and accommodating as I made changes along the way. And, had it not been for the storm, they would have finished much earlier than expected! They guys also did a great job of keeping things as clean as possible in the house during the construction. Definitely recommend!
