Dee is an amazing teacher! He's makes the material easy to understand and the whole process as painless as possible. I felt extremely prepared for the test and passed the first time. So happy I chose The Host Group!

I have to say that Host Group really makes the 40-hour required licensing course as painless as possible! Props to Dee for his ability to engage the class and make some really dry material become interesting. He is clearly passionate about teaching, and provides some great personal anecdotes to illustrate the subject matter. Having an instructor like Dee, with years of personal experience in the industry, adds a tremendous amount of value to this course. I highly recommend!

I took the MLO course a while back. The supplemental study guides and Dee's real life application of the material helped me to see and understand the content on a more practical level. Throughout the exam, I found myself referring back to the memorization techniques he shared, (particularly the federal regulations which was a huge part of the test). I passed my the exam on the first try. I highly recommend the course to anyone not only looking to pass, but to gain a comprehensive understanding of the material preparing you for the workplace.

I have a full time job and a young kid. The at-your-pace video class provides a flexible schedule which fit me very well. Before taking the class, the main reason I chose Host group is that I was really impressed by the technology they are using for their business, such as payment, scheduling class, online class room, etc. Everything is a few click away. You don't have to worry about bring your own laptop, calling ahead to check availability, talking to a sales person...In an industry that is still pretty old school, they are way ahead everybody else.
