Host Group is your absolute best choice when it comes to passing your exam. The amazing examples (real life, practical and role-play) are stamped in your brain and are easily remembered come test time. The samples and practice exams you receive in the class are more difficult than the actual exam. When you read the exam, the questions are a lot less complicated and feel easy, thus calming your nerves after answering a few questions.

I took my exam only TWO DAYS after the last day of the course on that Tuesday and Even with my terrible note taking skills and only studying for only 3 nights before my test, I passed both exams no problem and within the next week had 2 scheduled interviews with brokers so far.

I had a great experience at Host Group and highly recommend it! I signed up for the self-paced video course and it was exactly what I was looking for. Dee is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. His style of teaching is very clear and concise. He teaches you exactly what you need to know for the exam. I passed on the first attempt without any issue.

I attended the two weekend classes about a month and a half ago and must say this class is as good as it gets for mandatory 40 hrs of class. I came across the school on yelp search and based off the rave reviews I trusted them over several of my friends who took their classes elsewhere. Dee the owner and instructor was awesome. Kept it interesting, added lots of real world experience he and others he knew firsthand had which really, really helped connect the material. Before I came into Dee's classroom for Mortgage Loan Originator pre-licensing, I did not even know what MLO stands for. I have never worked in the mortgage or real estate industry except for being a borrower. After two days of intensive and extensive live instruction and two days of cramming the books, I was confident enough to pass the exam on first try, all thanks to Dee and his fool proof method.
