I took Dee's 4 day class the last week of Feb 2016. Based on the reviews I saw I figured his class was the real deal. I've taken a real estate class before but none like his! Dee teaches you everything you need to know in a way like no other. The materials he gives you following the class help out a lot too! I scheduled my test two weeks after the class and I passed with flying colors! I highly reccommend this class to anyone looking to pursue a real estate career.

The most informative, well-constructed, easy going, class ive ever taken. Dee teaches you everything you need to know in an easy to follow format. You want to hear what this man has to say. I took the real estate sales persons 40 hour course from thurs-sun and took the exam two weeks later. I passed and only needed to study the notes i took in his class. Thanks dee!

I took the self-paced video which was awesome because I got to complete the 40 hours at my own convenience and at my own pace. Dee or another instructor was always present if I had any questions regarding the material or anything else. In terms of the exam, I passed on my first try because of this program. Everything on the exam was mentioned at some point in the course, and the practice questions Dee gives are much harder than the actual exam, which is good because it prepares you well. If you're interested in getting your license, take the course with these guys you won't regret it!!

I took the 40 hour pre-licensing course with Host Group for the MA RE Salesperson exam over two weekends in September, then sat for the exam today, 2.5 weeks after completion of the course. Piece of cake! Dee is an outstanding instructor and it's obvious right away. It's a LOT of work, but if you pay attention in class, take lots of notes and highlight everything he tells you to, then review those notes and take the online practice tests -- you will be prepared for the exam. Worth every penny!

I was really nervous about taking a 40 hour course over the span of two weekends. I was expecting to stare at the clock the entire time and count down the minutes until I could leave. I was completely shocked by my level of interest. Dee is a wonderful instructor! He makes the material extremely engaging and fun to learn about. He is very passionate and makes the topics come alive. In addition, I thoroughly enjoyed all of the guests who came to speak about their experiences in the field. It allowed you to get a grasp of the real estate businesses in everyday life and understand different approaches you could take as a professional. It was inspirational and motivated me to stay involved with the course because there was a light at the end of the tunnel! Dee is a very articulate instructor whose knowledge is beyond the requirement of teaching a real estate pre-licensing class. His lectures are very easy to follow, and he is very patient and encourages students to ask any questions they have. His experience in the real estate business also serves the class well --- the class has successfully combined academy and practice. For people who want to work in real estate, this class is not only a prep for tests but also a pre-training for the career.

As a person who is highly selective on instructors, I recommend this Academy and the instructor.

Dee is an amazing instructor and he definitely makes staying in class for 10 hours each day pretty tolerable! Study his material and his lectures and listen and participate in class and you will definitely pass your exam! I definitely recommend going here!
