Outstanding and professional school. If you're looking for a Real Estate Academy, this is it. Dee Kumar is a great teacher and his staff are also top notch. Guest speakers are also a nice touch.

I never write reviews, but I felt compelled to do one for Host Group. Dee is by far probably the best instructor I ever had. 40hrs of classwork is no joke, but Dee somehow managed to keep us engaged and not bore us. I would recommend Host Group to anyone seeking to obtain their RE license. Dee has incredible knowledge of the industry and he's a genuine guy.

I highly recommend this class! Not only is Dee EXTREMELY intelligent, he's a down to earth guy who really wants his students to succeed. It's not easy keeping people's attention for 10 hours a day and he does an amazing job. Trust me, I have sat through long courses before with monotone teachers and it's like watching paint dry. I have learned so much from this course, and I can't wait to take the tools I've learned and implement them into the world of real estate. Thanks again Dee!!

I had a great experience at Host Group Real Estate Academy. 40 hours over four days was challenging but tolerable - even enjoyable! - thanks to Dee's wonderful energy and teaching skills. I also passed the test on my first try due in large part to Dee's excellent preparation. I highly recommend Host Group.

Dee was an outstanding teacher. I passed the licensing exam on my first try and I attribute that to the excellent program here. I would recommend taking this class to anyone interested in Real Estate.

Excellent class. Dee is very knowledgeable, is very experienced in the Real Estate industry and knows the information cold. I passed on the first try. The online tools he provides are a great help too. Class is well worth its value. I strongly recommend to anyone ready to begin a career in Real Estate.

I took the 4 Day/40 hr salesperson course, and couldn't have been happier with the experience. Dee is an engaged and engaging instructor who's enthusiasm and positivity are only exceeded by his mastery of the subject. Out of necessity I took the test the day after the last class and got my license, but I'd recommend taking a day or two in between if possible.

I recently took the REal Estate Salesperson licensing course with Dee Kumar who is an extremely knowledgeable instructor. The class size was conveniently small and I found it to be a very comprehensive course. His method of drawing personal experience to relative material is amazing. He illustrates the technical writing from the text, making it feel almost tangible. After class, reading the book was a piece of cake since it was a review of the class material. All you would need to know for the exam, will be in your notebook, just make sure to make good notes. And if for some reason you didn't, Host Group provides you with more than enough video material online; although some of it is only accessible in the school. It's a meat and potatoes review, a culmination of what you need to know to pass the exam.

I had a great experience in The Host Group Real Estate Academy. I just approved my test after taking the self-paced video for tor the MA RE Salesperson (Jan-Mar2016). Dee is an amazing instructor, He knows what he is talking about!! I highly recommend this curse if you like Real Estate
