Host Group was beyond a great experience. Dee Kumar (Class Instructor) is full of knowledge and has an outstanding and enthusiastic teaching style. He provides endless videos, readings and practice material to help students grasp the material. This RE school is second to none and really made passing the exam rather easy. Just completed my 40 hour salesperson training course and passed my licensing exam on my first try! Dee's curriculum is well-organized, he is an engaging lecturer, provides helpful practice questions, and emphasizes key concepts that are frequently tested on the exam. I took the online version of the course because it offered greater scheduling flexibility - his online student portal is user-friendly and brilliantly done. Thank you, Dee!

Having my 40 hours pre-education course at Host Group was an amazing experience. Dee is extremely knowledgeable and he did an awesome job teaching the material. Each lesson, he can always came up with real-life scenarios that helped to understand the terms better and remember facts for the test. After the course done, there were many additional online video modules available for continuing education. Unlike those typical long hour online lecture videos, Dee's videos were very well-structured, enjoyable and effective. After done with one topic you would be more than confident to take the exam of this specific area. I truly think these videos are the best study tool ever for the RE exam.

Do yourself a favor and choose Host Group over others RE classes.. I took the test today and passed easily. I was able to triple check my answers and had 2hrs to spare. Dee makes it easy to understand the material and focuses on what will be on the exam. On top that he's always available and willing to answer any questions about the material covered. I can't recommend Dee and Host Group enough!

Dee is the man! I took his real estate sale person pre-licensing class and absolutely loved it. The professor, Dee, is incredibly knowledgable and has a talent for teaching that translates to results. I took the exam and passed first time with not additional time put in besides that spent with Dee in class. Definitely the class to take if your are debating other schools.

This is easily one of, if not THE best real estate school in Greater Boston. As the leasing manager at one of the top real estate companies in the city, I get the opportunity to guest lecture at various real estate schools all over the state and Host Group is one of my more favorite schools. The instructor absolutely knows his stuff and teaches with such passion and energy making the class that much more enjoyable. When scouting agents, the students graduating from Host Group are definitely top tier talent. Keep leading the game Dee!

HG Academy, exceeded my expectations! Dee is an incredible teacher, who is very professional to obtain any knowledge and answer, regarding real estate. I must say, if you are doubting in the academy, rest assure, you won't be let down. 40 hours of classwork is strenuous, informative, but for the people, who are serious about it; they will enjoy it! And consider going back, if they have yen to surpass their level of licensee!
