I just took Dee's class the last two weekends, took the test 4 days after and passed! His teaching style is really engaging and he makes things very interesting. I'd highly recommend his class as its fun, but also so informative. I felt really confident going into the test and I was really prepared after the class!

Dee is an amazing instructor with a great background if you are serious about getting into real estate business. He walked us through the in’s and out’s of Mass real estate vocabulary, theories and laws, always emphasizing on the things were very likely to see at the actual exam (another bonus- Dee is involved in creating the actual exam questions, so he knows what you should (not) focus on).

He spent good amount of time telling us stories from his personal professional experience to cement his points further in our minds and welcomed any questions you had either related to the class material or real estate in general. We also had 2 real estate professionals come to talk at the class and share their personal journeys as real estate agents.

I had trouble passing the SAFE MLO UST Mortgage Licensing Test- my wife found Dee online and I spent three sessions with him and passed. Great experience that actually worked with my schedule. Dee and Kate were both so helpful during my entire experience and I was able to pass with flying colors my first try. Can't wait to do all of my continuing education and brokerage classes through them in the future!
