In the beginning they were really good, Allison was my person and my score immediately went up 50 points. At some point Allison stop working there(I don’t know the details) I was contacting her not knowing she no longer worked there, I had questions my score wasn’t moving, I wasn’t receiving my calls, and FINALLY after about 2 months someone called me and told me I have a new person.. Gayneisha she was suppose to call me and never did my letters were like 20 days behind and I was paying them still and still wasn’t receiving calls to discuss the progress or anything. When Allison was there she was amazing after she was gone everything went to hell and I was assigned to someone else named Alecia and she never called me either but when I removed my card I received an email.. TYPICAL! So needless to say I’m no longer with this company.
