I am extremely glad I chose Ryan and Hometown Realty to sell my house. I was expecting it to take up to a year to sell my house due to the rural area. During my interviews of realtors, he was the only one that was only one to tell me he could have it sold within 3 months of having it on the market. And honestly it was hard to believe him. But he was not only right but I had accepted an offer within a month of it being listed for full asking price. At no time did I feel lost or confused during the selling process. He didn’t tell me what to do, he provided me the options and laid out the pros and cons of them. Ryan was able to bring in multiple interested buyers to view our home even during a time when the market was slowing down in the late fall. Our home apparently proved to be difficult to sell due to some recurrent issues with crawlspace moisture but Ryan was able to find affordable contractors to address and repair the issues. Also, we later learned that Ryan has many resources and contacts to help his clients with other needed home inspection repairs. He is a skilled negotiator and worked diligently to bring our house to closing. We were very pleased with the level of service and commitment he provided throughout this process.
