That’s because he was spot on covering all aspects as is needed to make the sale happen quickly. He met us, showed us the comps, suggested the right improvements, worked on preparing the sale (all paperwork, contractors, handymen, painters, landscapers, etc.), set the right expectations, marketed the property quite well, and delivered a sale of 12% above asking.
