Customer Service. Our first cleaning is scheduled later this week that said I had to share that if the cleaning aligns with customer service I am so excited we were recommended home sweet homes! From taking time to walk through the packages over the phone and the patience even when I shared about the sticker price shock. Heather was very pleasant even if she thought my questions and comments were crazy she was professional informative and provided and ease of mind in a stressful time. I then was connected with Joe who has been nothing but helpful empathetic and super flexible with our situation! Customer service at its finest! Thank you and can’t wait to leave a review about the cleaning ☺️

Cleaners were very good and helpful. Very friendly as well and we're great with my dog. My main complaint is their pricing model. Though I do not feel like I was scammed, I feel that I was not given enough information and that was used to charge extra money. I would suggest asking how long it is expected for the cleaners to take and mentally figure out if that seems reasonable for the size of your home. If not, they will charge you more based on the state of your home.

Even with this issue, I still recommend them for their cleaning services but be aware that you will possibly be charged more than what is initially quoted.

Home Sweet Home has been a life-saver for my sanity this summer as my 4 children have been home on school break. The cleaners have been on time and thorough. They even tackled my blinds that haven't been cleaned in years. See photos! I definitely recommend this service if you want your spaces to sparkle!
