Sandra is Great! Sandra is professional and very knowledgeable about the staging process. Sandra works very hard for the client to have a successful outcome. Sandra takes pride in her work and treats every client with the utmost respect. We were able to get our Town home sold in 119 days. There are two more townhouses not on the market for well over 365 days and another one over 145 days. The clients furniture that was originally in the unit needed to be updated and command the number we were looking for. I am not an expert in selling homes so I rely on the expertise of those who can visualize a home's strengths and play those up through staging concepts. The team at Home Staging Concepts had logical reasons for all of their suggestions and were able to explain to me why they recommended the changes to the furnishings that they did. These were all correct observations about the home, they were creative uses of space and color and the end result was very effective in positioning the home to future buyers. The home sold in record time for maximum value and I consider the money I spent with Home Staging Concepts well worth the investment. They also were very easy to work with and delivered the staged items (and de-staged the home) on time and in a courteous manner. I am a very satisfied customer.
