I was home wondering what I was going to do with my 90 year old mother's home that was struck by lightning and badly burned. I answered a phone call that I usually don't answer. It was Shelly asking about my mothers home I told her the house had a lot of fire damage. She said well we buy damaged homes. I couldn't believe it but they did. We used Home Sold Speedy on a whim. My daughter was living in Spokane WA, after she left the Air Force, and had recently given birth to our new grandson. On a whim, we decided to sell our house in McKinney Texas and move up to Spokane WA.

We have never sold a house before but were lucky enough to find Home Sold Speedy. They came and looked at the house and made an immediate and fair offer, which we gladly took.

The process was quick and easy, even though I complicated it because I left for Spokane to look for a house for us to move into. Even though I was in Washington and my wife was here, HSS worked with us to get everything completed and us paid before our official move out date, which they worked with us on as well. This allowed us to find a house in Spokane, purchase it and have everything ready before our move out date back in Texas.
