This was our second home inspection in 3 years and we were truly impressed with Hank and his team. Not only did they write a detailed report, they walked around the entire home with us and explained everything from the major appliances to the light switches. These people are very professional and friendly. They care about the transaction, give excellent advice on how to secure the new dwelling and what to do and not do when you occupy the new place. Every home is different, and their inspection is thorough. How to get your new home up to par, the immediate things to do and the things that you should do but not critical immediately. Prevention of problems is their concern as well as issues that exist. I highly recommend this group, Hank and his chosen few who review many parts of a complicated home.
