My experience of approximately five years has been excelent in every way. Representatives of Home Instead came into my home at first to care for my wife, whose health gradually worsened. Not every representative was fully capable of dealing with her problems but most were. After her death I retained one caregiver and she was truly excellent: so good that she was promoted to a higher position in the company. Fortunately, the lady who replaced her was also very, very capable.

Used Home Instead to provide post-surgery care in my home. Setup of the services was very easy with the client care coordinator. The in-home service was exceptional fulfilling all my needs for several days after surgery. Will definitely recommend Home Instead and will not hesitate to use this service, if needed, again.

So far Their great! I have dealt with caregivers in the past from other agencies that come up with their own assumptions, so they don't do their job or they halfway do their job. I can honestly say the caregivers from home instead do what they are hired to do, they do their job.

Staff works VERY hard. They are VERY self-directed, need little supervision, VERY caring and compassionate. Also are VERY creative with tasks. Furthermore, staff is VERY friendly and solution-oriented. Finally, they listen well.
