I love the flexible work schedule at Home Instead . You can pick and choose the days and times you are available to work. I love how everyone in management constantly thanks the caregivers for all that they do. Being appreciated by management it's extremely important for a feeling of contentment and well-being in your job. Hard work and extra effort is always rewarded with compliments acknowledging your dedication to your job. Training is excellent and there's always a chance to pick up extra hours if you want them. I have never worked with a better group of people as I do at Home Instead. Everyone that works at Home Instead is like family to me.
