So far Their great! I have dealt with caregivers in the past from other agencies that come up with their own assumptions, so they don't do their job or they halfway do their job. I can honestly say the caregivers from home instead do what they are hired to do, they do their job.

Absolutely thrilled with the caregivers Julie has found for my mother. I can’t sing their praises enough. Very happy with the attention, the regular check-ins, and the personal attention we have received in the last year.

Staff works VERY hard. They are VERY self-directed, need little supervision, VERY caring and compassionate. Also are VERY creative with tasks. Furthermore, staff is VERY friendly and solution-oriented. Finally, they listen well.

I saw that homeinstead was hiring for a full time position 1st shift on indeed. During my interview Joran from HR said i would get 35 to 40 hrs a week, she would try to get to me as close to 40 hrs as she could. Now on Dec 21st was my first day of orientation. I got all my test done and was told they will get ahold of me to start my job after the first of the year. So now I am stuck for a week with no pay. I emailed several times asking about my hrs just to get im working on it by kayla. Now tue Jan 2nd comes I get a call saying I start on the 3rd of January. So from Jan 3rd on they have me scheduled 2 to 3 hrs a day for 5 days. Now who can live and survive in that. Homeinstead told me what I wanted and left me on a financial bind only to say we're waiting to sign more clients. They are still on indeed stating they are hiring for full time hr. Do not let them scam u like they scared me.

I received excellent service from each of my caregivers. They helped me through a difficult time. I got very attached to Pam because she was here three days a week. She was very caring and a hard worker. Janiyah was also very good. I would highly recommend Home Instead.

I am very happy with the Home Instead services. Home Instead have been assisting my parents with chores around the house and they are grateful for their help. I recommend Home Instead services.
