Dr. Hoffman's office is amazing. I've been going there for years, I don't know how I would walk without them. Always easy to get an appointment and I've never waited more then 15 minutes to be seen. The entire staff is awesome and very caring.

Used to be great. A tight knit group of people taking care of their customers. In the last year, the employees seem underappreciated and unhappy, which in turn shows by their turnover rate of employees. I think management show really reconsider whatrecent changes may have prompted this.

I love Hoffman Chiropractic Centre because Dr. Hoffman and her staff are ALL very friendly and helpful. They are always willing to help you feel better and to find the right treatment for you. I have been going there for over 20 years (about every 2 to 4 months) to get adjustments. Dr. Hoffman keeps up with current treatments. I enjoy the visit because the atmosphere is very relaxing. I have been a client of Hoffman Chiropractic Centre for about 20 years now. I love that Drs. Hoffman and Brimm take a personal interest in their patients and a holistic view of health. While some chiropractors claim to be able to cure anything and everything just by manipulating the spine, Hoffman Chiropractic is realistic and honest with their patients about what they can and can't do, and they work with their patients to ensure they understand their opportunities and responsibilities to care for themselves.

Your customer service has greatly deteriorated! Other than April and Dr. Brim, no one speaks to you, they all look woefully unhappy, I don't think anyone other than April actually like their job. Mary was great, too bad she left. Your office will be sunk if April ever leaves. I have considered finding another practice, but Drs. Hoffman and Brim are excellent clinically. Your team needs serious inservicing in customer service!
