The coaching sessions were very informative. I personally was amazed at how well Molly understood exactly what I was experiencing as a new Paralegal working at a law firm that has only been in business for four years. I also enjoyed the "Ask Molly" sessions. I felt like it was a safe space to really express concerns and get solutions to those concerns. I learned how to manage my time better and better ways to be a support to the supervising attorney.
Being in the group coaching sessions reminded that I am not alone. Sometimes hearing how other Paralegals handle issues, gave me ideas on how I can handle issues I may encounter daily.
I would like to thank my employer because I have definitely grown professionally from this experience. I think all law firms should allow there Paralegals to have this experience.

The 12-week course I had with her and some of our team’s other Virtual Assistants was enlightening and full of helpful information.
