Molly is a life-saver! Recently, we utilized her services to conduct a firm retreat, where we spent an entire day working on the firm, internal processes, communication, and, in general, ways to make the client experience better. (We have done such retreat with Molly several times - and every time is transformational!) After the last retreat, I said to a team member, "It seems that every time we need a retreat Molly … we have one on the calendar." Though, upon reflection, what I concluded was that really any time is a good time for a retreat - there is always something that can be worked on and Molly is instrumental in identifying those areas and helping identify solutions and game plans on how to cure them. We have used Hiring and Empowing Solutions at least three times and have been very pleased with the candidates vetted before we interviewed selected individuals. All the individuals met, if not exceeded, the requirements for the position we needed to fill. H&ES was even able to provide additional insight. In one situation they found out a candidate was needing to reply to someone else she interviewed with and pushed us to meet with her as soon as possible. She was the hire for the job.
