They were professional and punctual in installing a new Hidden Fence after our old one had been damaged too many times by our landscapers. The new upgraded equipment and rechargeable collars work great on our three dogs. They came several times to retrain two of our dogs and train our new dog. It was expensive, but well worth it. From the initial contact to discuss the set up of the fence to the multiple times Francisco had to come over to help us with our dog, the experience was excellent. On Sunday morning after over 7 years, for the first time we heard the unit in the garage beeping. On Monday morning, I contacted Hidden Fence that we must have a break in the wire somewhere in our yard. I received a text within five minutes with a few times they could be at our home that same day. By 1:00pm, on the same day I contacted them, they had a tech at our home. In less than 15 minutes he was able to find the break, repair, test the collar and the unit in the garage, and our dog was safe and protected all with in 24 hours of us realizing there was an issue. The tech was an absolute gentleman. We could not be happier with the quality of the product that was installed 7 years ago, or the outstanding service provided by such a professional team of customer/dogs first people.
