Hidden Fence

Just had a service repair and truly one of the best experiences with a contractor that I have ever had in 25 s Of home ownership. Our repair person, Alex, was phenomenal....he was prompt, called before he came, explained everything, and offered advice on how to retrain our dog, which we never would have thought of.
Hidden Fence is lucky to have Alex and I will not hesitate to refer these folks.

The decision to have Hidden Fence installed was the best one we have made for our new lab puppy, Bailey. After researching the two companies who are available in our area, we learned that Hidden Fence would be the better choice. My mom and I went to Hidden Fence and met with Rich and Becky and were so pleased with our first visit! We brought our newly adopted dog Reggie from the shelter to see them about dog training and adding a fence to our home. Rich was incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and pleasant to speak with. We were taught a number of ‘take aways’ in just under an hour and our dog was so responsive to them. When we adopted Murphy, a Lab/Shepherd, and we think part kangaroo, into our family we knew we needed a secure and fenced yard. However we also did not want our yard to look and feel like a fortress with six foot high fences and gates. Aesthetics and economics were imperatives. After much research, comparing wood, metal fences, and a wireless system, we decided that Hidden Fence was the right choice.
The folks at Hidden Fence are wonderful, and the fact that they are located in Randolph, NJ, the next town from us is a big plus. We were expecting to schedule the installation months out, but when they said they could install the following week, we were pleased. Installation was seamless for the Hidden Fence Technician, and took about one half day.

I wanted to take a moment and send a note of thanks for a job well done by Mike on my fence installation on July 21st.

It was an extremely hot day, and the area around our house is very rocky with many trees, and two driveway crossings. Mike installed the transmitter cleanly and carefully in our shed, went above and beyond to ensure the wire left the shed in a safe and secure way, and did a nice job of securing the wires and power supply neatly. The fence wire installation around the house was a challenge, but Mike worked through the rocks and roots to get the wire where it needed to be. He carefully cut and re-sealed the driveway crossings as well. A very neat and professional installation!

Mike took the time to work with us and our dog to introduce the containment fence, and gave us clear instructions on the process to work with the dog on training.
