I have had a fence in my yard for 9 years and every time I need anything they are there for me if I have questions or concerns and are very reasonable in price !!

I am new to dogs and had an enormous older system already installed at my property. The system was dilapidated and was in serious need of repair.

Most companies would have just suggested a new system which would have cost a fortune due to the size parcel I was wiring off, but Rich and his team took the time to fix all the breaks and install a medium of the line upgrade box to control everything saving me thousands of dollars.

They have been responsive every time I call, even unexpectedly on the weekend when I left a message for the next week's service.

Rich even spent time gratuitously helping me understand training methods for my pup as he simply cares about the new member to your family.

We fenced around 5 acres so that our farm dogs could roam our mowed pastures but stay out of the long grass and brush. We had just rescued a Plott hound whose only mission in life was to pick up and follow trails to the bitter end, regardless of the consequences. He was a challenge but with the assistance of the excellent people at Hidden Fence we have been able to keep him safely contained.

I cannot RAVE enough about this company. Having three VERY LARGE dogs and a large piece of property, just the idea of having this fence is terrific. The team of installers were so professional, kind caring and informative from beginning to end. They thoroughly explained the installation, process and then walked each dog around the properly and in a gentle tone praised them. I highly recommend this company for your pet fence needs!

Dealing with Hidden Fence and Rich is so easy and amazing. They are reliable, helpful, and professional. My fence was installed over 6 years ago and they trained my dog so efficiently. Last week my neighbors used a competitor who could not get their fence to work and claimed they needed to "upgrade" my fence to their company. BEWARE of these scams. I would not let them touch my fence and Rich spoke to me on the phone in detail how to help my neighbors even though it was not his product. Hidden Fence is incredibly run with a great product!
