I cannot say enough positive things about this company. The office, the guy you comes out on site - they just do what’s right and they don’t nickel and dime you for every single thing. they do the job properly they follow up with you if there’s an issue

they are an old school company that cares don’t hesitate to use them - don’t use anybody else.

The reason I hired them was because my dog wouldn’t stop using my property as his personal toilet so I put in a fence to keep him off the part of the property and everything they said about How it would work worked.

they even tried to see if I could train him before I put the fence in but that’s not what I wanted and wasn’t going to work on an eight-year-old dog.

Rich and Becky’s team at Hidden Fence installed our system and it has worked perfectly. Once our landscapers broke the wire and the team at Hidden Fence came right away to located the break and fixed it. They have used collar receivers if you ask, which can save you a bundle. Excellent customer service.

Thanks to Rich and his team from Hidden Fence, our beloved cockapoo Frankie lived a long and happy life running around our yard. Their passion and professional expertise left such an impression on us that we reached out to them for training again when we got our new puppy!

Highly recommend Hidden Fence! I inherited a large, scary looking Shepard that chases anything that moves. The Hidden Fence was installed a year & a half ago. Not once has this dog left the yard, even with the deer tormenting him several feet away. Although Hidden Fence is priceless, the price was fair & reasonable. Installation & customer service exceptional!

This is probably the best thing I could've done for my puppy. He is so happy being free to run around and have his space. We just added a second dog and we are now training her as well. I have been working with Rich to help with puppy training as must say he is great with her and relaying techniques that I can do at home with her. The staff is amazing, the products are amazing. I'm 100% satisfied and pleased that we went with this company.
