Install was great. First training happened.

Second training was never scheduled, due to winter weather.

We were able to finish the training with our dogs and change the settings to the collars, it was pretty easy (YouTube has videos for it).

They are a local company and am glad we used them. I do recommend them.

I've had my Hidden Fence system for over ten years and love it and the company! I always receive great customer service and care and this week proved more of the same.

The wire was broken by stump grinding done following recent tree work. Hidden Fence got me in the service schedule just two days after I called with the request. Bradley showed up to do the repairs this afternoon and I couldn't be more pleased! He was able to navigate quite a mess left in the wake of the stump grinding and troubleshoot the damage.

Bradley was professional, friendly, efficient and thorough! He checked the entire length of wire, even out front where no tree work was done, to ensure there were no other issues. I truly appreciate his careful consideration to make sure my dog stays safe.

Hidden Fences has been wonderful to work with from the super quick proposal I received from Mike with all my options, fantastic customer service when I called (multiple times) to discuss those options, easy on-line proposal selection, and on-time, courteous, and efficient installation work and patient instruction with Bradley. We are only at day 1, but our dog already is understanding the limits. I highly recommend this company.

It was a good experience with them, installed in winter, completed in spring so dog can use it all time, small issues can be resolved immediately.
