Amazing customer service! Everyone who works here is knowledgeable, friendly, & helpful. The fence installation was quickly done. Three training sessions for our dogs were included along with the collars and extra batteries in the price of the fence. One of our dogs collars stopped working after three months in and they switched it out for free!

I've been a Hidden Dog Fence customer for nearly 20 years. They installed the fence originally, reinstalled it after heavy landscaping caused many breaks, and have maintained it the entire time. Rich (the owner) even did private training sessions for us in the past.

This most recent repair was necessary after additional landscaping work was done. Aiden, the tech, was very nice, professional and very accommodating as I ultimately decided to move the fence in about 10 feet from the property's one edge where it was previously. Aiden helped to figure out the best plan and did his work in a reasonable time and very cleanly. He even made sure to disturb the grass as little as possible and repaired the areas he had to dig up very well.

Thanks Rich for always having great techs working for your company. You obviously choose the right people and teach them well.

Hidden fence company is great! We’ve been a loyal customer for many years. Alex came to our house the other day to fix our invisible fence and he fixed it in no time. Charlie is so happy that it’s fixed, now he can run around like the crazy dog he is 🤪 thanks so much Alex!!

So accommodating to our needs and the training staff was so caring and wonderful with our timid puppy. We didn’t have to change the look of our property with a traditional fence that would have only allowed our puppy to run around in the backyard. She gets twice the amount of space and I don’t have to worry about her leaving the property.

Everyone at Hidden Fence was very pleasant to work with. They helped determine what was best for our dog and continued to check in to see how she was progressing. They answered all my questions and addressed any concerns. I would absolutely recommend them, the new fence has given our dog so much freedom in our yard and made her very happy!

My experience with Hidden Fence was an incredible one. My dog is very timid and tense whenever new people come to our house; gets very nervous and will not even take treats when new people arrive. However, every person who came to help train my Kirby with this fence were so patient, kind, and understanding and worked with him so well, even though it could not have been easy. Since the training sessions ended, my dog has not gone up near the fence on any side of the perimeter! I cannot thank Hidden Fence enough for this fantastic experience!
