I cannot express in words how grateful I am for Hidden Fence Company. What Rich has built is beyond anything I could have imagined and his team is quite amazing. I previously had an electric fence put in for my older dog. I used Canine Company and my dog just didn't take to it. 9 years later I found myself with a new pup and decided to try the electric fence again. I did my research this time. I read about the technology Rich built and it sounded too good to be true. Hats off to Mike from the office who took countless calls and emails from me to make sure I had the right plan and equipment for my 5 month old pup. He sent Bradley to reassure me and determine the best layout for my yard. He even offered to be the installation technician since he understood my concerns. All in all, this was a very positive experience. If you have a reactive dog, be sure to tell them upfront so they can send their senior staff members for training. The initial trainer was a little timid when it came to our rescue and it rendered that training useless. They sent one of their senior members for the subsequent trainings and he was AMAZING with our girl.

The fence is wonderful for our yard and it was definitely cheaper than an actual installation of a physical one. I will use them again if I ever move to another location!
