I bought a quart of your honey last year, the citrus one, and I love it. I normally buy small jars from stores or if I find someone selling honey I will buy a small jar from them, but this time I wanted to get a quart of good quality honey and thats when I ordered from you. I have been very happy with it using it in recipes, on bread, but mostly in my tea. It crystalized, I put it in a double boiler and it went liquid and didn't crystalize again. I love H&H Honey and have been ordering for some time now. My husband and I have been here for 8 years now (originally from Seattle) and since we came here I have developed allergies (first time in my life). My husband has been using honey for years and he has always said it would help my allergies. Well, he was right, that it does indeed help my allergies. I tried the orange blossom honey and it is very good, in fact it is the best honey I have ever had, and it is expensive, but I like that it is truly raw, as some that say raw are heated more than they should be which kills the live enzymes and health benefits of using honey. I just hope when spring comes I will have some of this and the pollen so the allergies do not get me.
