In anticipation of a trip to Arizona in the springtime, I knew my allergies would flare up with everything in bloom. I decided to find an apiary near my friend in the Phoenix area, and H&H had exactly what I wanted. I purchased the Raw Pollen and Raw Desert Blossom Honey, and I love them! This honey is the real deal. After having bought honey that was not as advertised, fake honey, and unknown source honey, I finally found H and H. Clay took the time to answer my questions via e mail. I met Clay, in person, and I can say he is passionate about his honey and his bees. Clay carefully described the process he and his bees utilize in making the various varieties of honey. He told of sample places he takes his bees and other places he does not take them. He is a wealth of information on the honey (and fake honey) industry, to the point I can now understand how to evaluate great, raw, unfiltered honey. I've been purchasing pure raw honey from H&H Honey on & off for a few years now. The honey is better tasting than other places I've purchased from and the customer service is great! First and foremost it is the BEST tasting honey I have ever eaten. No funny aftertaste, just pure natural unfiltered delicious tasting honey. Love the crystals in the Golden Mesquite honey. You could seriously eat this honey by the spoonful. The bee pollen is amazing as well. Composed of some 96 nutrients and chock full of Vitamin B12, minerals, amino acids, vitamins and enzymes this is a must for anyone proactive in their health.
