HEW has a great community with AMAZING owners. John, Meghan, and Christina welcome everyone with open arms and would do everything they could for you, not just in your health but you overall life. They have created a home within a gym for anyone that are on any skill level. They celebrate your successes. They have been there for me through a major career change and have encouraged me every step of the way.

Absolutely love my HEW family! I have been a member for over a year now and the growth I have seen physically, mentally and spiritually has been incredible. The workouts can be challenging, but don't worry you will have amazing coaches and an entire community that will be there to encourage and help you along the way. HEW is also very kid friendly and has an area where your little ones can play while you get your workout in. Our HEW family consists of all ages at different levels physically and the coaches will modify the workouts to your abilities. Please come out and join us!

I have been a member at HEW for almost 3 months now and I love it! I have been a member at a lot of gyms, and HEW has been my favorite by far. Not only are the workouts awesome and challenging. The warm and loving community makes you feel at home. They are very family and kid friendly as well. They also really care about your overall health with an on staff nutritionist, connecting you with health professionals to keep your whole body functioning well, and bringing in speakers to teach you other ways to stay on top you and your families well being.
I highly recommend HEW to everyone who wants to grow into their fitness and health with an awesome community!

Like many places it is defined by its people. Its owners and coaches create a culture so far beyond what is “The norm” today. When you walk into this HEW fitness it’s hard to tell whom actually is an employee, as everyone is vested into each others success. This is the culture created here.

If you’re looking for quality community, HEW is it. Gym equipment is everywhere, quality people and coaches are not. I appreciate the love I’ve found through Hewmans and the love I’ve found in myself! Hands down best gym

HEW Fittness has provided the workouts, support and nutrition advice I needed to bring my fitness to the next level. The coaches are knowledgeable and always available to help with anything from technical movement issues to recipes for good nutrition balance. The gym is full of friendly, supportive people, creating a fun dynamic that makes Hard Work outs easy and fun!
