HEW Fitness Woodstock

If you are looking for a gym that will be there for you mentally, physically and spiritually then HEW is that gym. Amazing Coaches and amazing staff and amazing workouts!

As someone who was always intimidated by big gyms, HEW has been nothing short of amazing! The workouts are challenging, the people are fun and friendly, and the coaches are very knowledgeable and supportive. It is the gym family I didn't know I needed!

There is not enough stars to give this place. They have the most excellent team of coaches I have ever seen in any gym around!! Also, the 6:30pm class is by far the best class EVER! ;)

If I could give this place 10 stars & write 100 glowing reviews, I would. As a "gym connoisseur", it takes a lot to win me over. In October 2021, HEW won. me. over. There are so many positive things about this environment, the owners/management, staff and COMMUNITY, but I don't have all night...and no one wants to read novel long reviews. If you are thinking of joining a gym, do yourself a favor and just try this one first! Then after a month you and I can have a cup of coffee and both go on about all of the amazing things that happen in this place. :)

HOME. That's the word I will use to describe this "gym". Why? Because it is so much more than that to me. It's not just a building with weights, ropes, boxes to jump on and a rig to hang on. It's a place where I feel WELCOME, safe, happy, inspired, challenged...all while I have anywhere from 5 to 35 (Sat 9am is the place to be!) of my fellow HEWmans aka FAMILY there with me in the trenches! The atmosphere exudes genuineness, knowledge, growth and support. Not just the physical kind (though you get them gains fo sho!) - the growth that comes when you allow your mind, body & spirit to expand...concurrently.
If you have never worked out a day in your life or competed in the CrossFit Games of 2022; if you are 19 and in the prime of your life or 68 with medical and physical restrictions - this is YOUR place! You are welcome, you are equal, you matter and they want...

First time trying group styled fitness class and it’s been a blast. HEW is a great gym with a great group of trainers. Numerous class times for flexibility with my work schedule. Definitely give it a GO. 💪

And I still have so much room to grow! Our HEW Fam provides a space to show up + give thanks for the ability to move my body + strengthen my mind (with all six of my darling ducklings in tow)! I’ve been encouraged, prayed over, and cheered on. I’ve received grace, forged new friendships, and become more resilient. By engaging in all that HEW is, I’m better able to serve my family + I am so glad. Join us!

I joined HEW back in March of this year as a newbie to this kind of workout. I had been a member at regular gyms, and Pilates gyms, and absolutely love the style of coaching and community I have at this gym! It’s a great place to start back up with your fitness journey or continue to grow in your fitness! I love all the coaches and positive energy at HEW!

It’s only been a few months but I’m very happy with my time at HEW so far. The coaches are terrific, the routines are always different, the team environment is awesome and the focus on form versus just pushing for time or pounds is encouraging. I’ve set a goal to reach by my 55th bday I know these great HEWmans can help me get there!
