If I could give this place 10 stars & write 100 glowing reviews, I would. As a "gym connoisseur", it takes a lot to win me over. In October 2021, HEW won. me. over. There are so many positive things about this environment, the owners/management, staff and COMMUNITY, but I don't have all night...and no one wants to read novel long reviews. If you are thinking of joining a gym, do yourself a favor and just try this one first! HOME. That's the word I will use to describe this "gym". Why? Because it is so much more than that to me. It's not just a building with weights, ropes, boxes to jump on and a rig to hang on. It's a place where I feel WELCOME, safe, happy, inspired, challenged...all while I have anywhere from 5 to 35 (Sat 9am is the place to be!) of my fellow HEWmans aka FAMILY there with me in the trenches! The atmosphere exudes genuineness, knowledge, growth and support. Not just the physical kind (though you get them gains fo sho!) - the growth that comes when you allow your mind, body & spirit to expand...concurrently.
