HEW Fitness in Woodstock is awesome!! They are able to get the best out of you during every single session! Always with a big smile in the face.. you can feel the good vibe in all the staff and overall in all members... they do care in everyone experience and always paying attention if you are having difficulties by providing clear directions in how to do them properly to avoid injuries or alternative ways to achieve same results. Great Experience!

The sense of community, belonging, and togetherness of this place is unparalleled. I always get a great workout, which I’m able to modify to my abilities while still providing a challenge. I feel welcome, accepted as I am, and encouraged unconditionally. These are my friends and the ‘family’ I get to choose, and who better to sweat heaps next to?!

I’ve been to many gyms, but nothing compares to HEW. Since I work in the same plaza I see the gym members and coaches daily and it’s always a treat. I love the mentality, mindset and mindset of this gym. They always thrive for all of us to do and be our very best.

I have been a member for 2 years (actually started before the official opening date). I love my HEW family! It’s the best gym I’ve ever joined. I highly recommend. HEW is definitely more than a gym. The community is really supportive. The coaches are awesome!
