HEW Fitness Woodstock

A couple months in and i haven’t looked back since! I have finally found a gym that i love and actually look forward to going every class! If you are super nervous to try it like i was…just do it! I wish i would have started earlier because it’s such an amazing environment! From the coaches to the people i have met, everyone is super helpful and motivate you to be the best version of yourself. It doesn’t matter where you are at in your fitness journey, they meet you where you are and can modify exercises to what you are capable of. Super thankful for Hew!

So much fun! Love this place!

My wife and I have been going to HEW for a few months. It has quickly become one of the highlights of our day and something we look forward to most mornings. The coaches always greet you with a smile and are friendly, engaging, and encouraging. The workouts are challenging and unique each day. I am so thankful we found this place.

This gym deserves a 10 star review! The coaches and people are the best I have ever met, and the gym environment is like no other. I have felt very happy, confident and loved since the first time walking through their doors!

Best gym, hands-down! Everyone is so welcoming and makes you feel like family. If you are looking to hit your fitness goal this is the place to be.

So thankful to be apart of this gym and to workout under the awesome coaches here. They’re all so helpful, welcoming, and all have a desire to watch their members grow. Mentally, physically, emotionally, and even spiritually, the coaches here do whatever they can to help. They are also willing to watch your children if needed. Despite what any may say, the environment is filled with positive and friendly people. Great place for community while also breaking a sweat or two.

Coaches John, Meghan, Christina, and Valerie have done amazing work in creating a positive and uplifting community at HEW which you won’t find at other gyms. HEW is a gym where all fitness levels are welcome and will find success in achieving their fitness goals.

I started coming here less than a week ago. I was welcomed in as part of the family! On a HHH night, granted I’d only gone 2 times… I found my 3 year old in the arms of caring adults who welcomed her in just as easily as I was accepted. The workouts are intense, but I’ve felt better and better every time I’ve gone. I can’t wait to make this place a home and challenge myself to be the best version of me.
