Great staff, organized, and have an amazing app called Pro-care that updates you on your child’s activities throughout the day.

If a child is disruptive..it has been handled in a Christian caring way..and protective of other children

Great facility! The teachers are warm, caring, and hard working. My daughter has been there since age 2. She has done bible study in the Summer, preschool and Summer camp. The new youth center is wonderful for the kids! There are multiple rooms to enjoy different levels of fun. They go outside as much as they can- pending weather. The outdoor playground area is updated, too! She loves her teachers! They help with homework. They also keep the kids “in line” and have control of the room. I feel that my daughter is safe and cared for there. The director is flexible and easy to work with. Morning and afternoon snacks are included with pricing - which was great! The school bus picks up and drops off daily. They try to remain open when the schools close for weather. So many perks- we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. She is sad when she has to leave for the day and doesn’t need to be on...

Our daughter has been at HCCC full-time since May 2022 and we are exceptionally happy with the quality of the care she has received. She has been in both the Younger Toddler Room and the Old Toddler Room and has loved all of her teachers. She enjoys going each day and we feel like she is getting quality care and learning a lot, so it is a win-win situation. The staff is friendly, helpful, and communicative and we’ve never had an issue. When we do have questions they are answered promptly. I’m so glad that this Childcare Center was recommend to us when we were looking, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.

A teacher at this facility grabbed my child by the arm and it was witnessed by a family member. After this incident occured between my son and teacher, we no longer felt comfortable having him at this daycare. Today we received a collections notice, without ever receiving a final bill or any follow up letters. They charged for two full weeks and two late payment fees, after stating on the phone they would waive the two week notice due to the nature of the situation. We do owe them for two days of care, and would have gladly paid had we received a proper billing statement. This is not the first issue we've had with this daycare. I've witness a teacher throwing a toy at my child when she couldn't get his attention and the administration refused to provide me an updated handbook when I questioned a vacation policy.

I never worry if my children are being taken care of. They love them just like their own.
I feel my daughter is advanced for her age due to the curriculum they follow.
The are very flexible with my crazy work schedule.
Great communication between myself and the staff.
