I see a lot of great reviews on here. I wish I could have experienced all the wonderful reviews. However, my experience in just even receiving a response was less than par. I inquired through their website, even choosing a chat in which it stated "we'll reply as soon as we can". What does that mean? I waited an hour for a representative to come online. Then I inquired through the website to obtain a quote and never received a response, except for the automatic response they will get back to me "soon". I inquired the very next day and their response back to me is to give them "24 hours", but they responded to that email very quickly. But not to my inquiry. No where in that "automatic" response did it say that they will get back to you in 24 hours. Every other cleaning service I inquired responded almost immediately to me, not only by...

I can't say enough nice words about Her Majesty Cleaning Services! From the start, they have been professional, responsive, and true to their word. Their service has been amazing! The best part is that they came up with a solution to help me have weekly service while maintain an affordable budget. I'm thrilled to have found them and recommend them highly to everyone!

Simply the best! Sometimes a long explanation isn't needed. They do great work, on time, and do what they say they are going to do. Could you really ask for much more? Used them for years and never been disappointed.

Yeah they clean great but they don't pay their employees how they should

I am a real estate agent. Unfortunately the sellers on the home my customers were buying left the home in a terribly dirty state for our last walkthrough before purchase. Within 16 hours Her Majesty Services has 3 cleanings professionals out to the property to provide a deep cleaning. They did a great job, and were so professional and polite throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them again!
