The team was hired for a post renovation cleaning. They arrived on time, we’re kind and extremely hard working. They even took the time to call the owner when they were concerned about residue not lifting. The owner came to the home and worked through a solution. They were extremely professional and I will use them again.

Theresa did an excellent job. She was professional and thorough. She was a pleasure to have in my home.

We love Sharon with Her Majesty’s Cleaning Service who cleans for us every 2 weeks. Our home is always spotless after she has been here, and she always pays attention to the smallest details. Any time that Sharon has not been able to clean for us, the other cleaners have also been fantastic, and we are always very satisfied.

Wonderful cleaning service. My only complaint is that they were a little late but otherwise fantastic service. I would use them again.

I've used this company for the last couple of years and I absolutely LOVE their service. They do an excellent job of cleaning and I'm always surprised at how quickly they finish up. I highly recommend.

Again, another company with huge promises but that don't deliver.

I emailed giving specifics on how many rooms and what needs to be done. We called and spoke to them on the phone to help pick the proper package for us. We thought the Deluxe deep clean because of what we wanted but only needed that the 1 time then wanted the regular clean and maintenance each other time. We were told to pick the Basic clean because the first INITIAL clean is the same as the Deluxe.

Cleaners come, we get on the phone because they are not sure what kind of clean needs to be done. Okay, we speak and I find out they have now said things that I wanted done would be extra and I picked the wrong package for what I need for my home. To be clear, I never complain about the money, I just want to pay and have everything I want and need done the first time, correctly. They sent 3 ladies....
