1. I booked a custom deep clean for our kitchen. The staff was extremely kind but didn't seem to know this when they arrived. They thought they were cleaning bathrooms so I had to walk them through what was needed. Unfortunately, some areas were missed because we did not discuss them as thoroughly in the rush. In hindsight, there should have been a clear written discussion (from both myself and Helping Hands Cleaning Services) on what was needed in the custom cleaning. The areas that were cleaned, however, were done well (albeit we had some trouble finding stuff afterward).
2. Staff didn't wear masks (despite me wearing one).
3. Some misundestanding regarding start and finish time. Customer service was patient and did an excellent job resolving.
