Been a customer for many years at 2 different houses and it just seems to have changed . I used to be able to walk in the door and tell you had been there. It smelled fresh and clean. It was dusted and I could tell it had been cleaned. Garbage can is never cleaned the wrong garbage bag is constantly put in the can. Ceiling fans never dusted. Cost goes up, but services go down. My bathroom countertop and things on countertop are never clean. I’m concerned my shower isn’t really being cleaned for floors being mopped. I’ve just been disappointed in the overall product for awhile. I trust giving access to my residence is why I hesitate changing service. I just would like to see and smell more evidence that the cleaning is being done as expected.
