Service has been great but I prefer to have the same team when possible. A new person cleaned last time and she did fine but she didn’t speak English which made it harder for me to give feedback or missed areas. The two ladies that normally come know the house and what needs to be done. Since we are scheduled for cleanings every two weeks I would prefer to have the same team coming to ensure that a consistent cleaning is done.

Also, I’m not sure if there is not cleaning solution that is used or if the towels might not be freshly cleaned but there are some instances where certain areas of the house smell like a dirty rag was used or cleaning products were not used. I will ask about that during the next cleaning.
