The company will give you a lowball estimate and then immediately upon arrival increase the total cost. My cost on a “deep clean” increased nearly 50% when the cleaners arrived. If I wasn’t trying to lowball potential clients, I would quote them the higher potential price and impress them when I came in under budget. But, what do I know, I’m not a scammy franchise company
