I Would like to give another AMAZING review to Hello Pro. Andrew and his Son Alex are wonderful. They are very detailed when it comes to inspections. I've hired them for a new build 3 phase inspection. Alone with the follow up inspection to make sure the builder didnt trick me and say it was fixed and wasnt. Even if your builder trys to fight you on not fixing things. There knowledge has ways around how to help you. They are truly hired to fight for you. Alex did a 11 months inspection for a new construction house.

He did an extremely thorough inspection and I’m amazed at his attention to detail. He found a crack in a bathroom tile that I had a hard time seeing. There was an outside fixture that was missing part of a seal. He had to pull off a cover to find it.

He used a thermal gun (I think) to test the A/C and the electrical panel.

Overall the house is in good shape. I have no doubt Alex would find any issues. I highly recommend him. Read more >

HelloPro Home Inspections was excellent! James walked me through the process of getting my mother’s new home inspected before the 12 month timeline elapsed. He and I worked on getting this coordinated from Florida and South Carolina. He went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable with the process from a distance. On the day of the inspection, he showed up on time and worked with my sister and mother to address all of their concerns and then some! The report was thorough and James called me to go over the details of the report with me. He also ensured a copy of the report was sent to the builder’s Project Manager. Met James as he was inspecting a neighbor's property. Asked him for a quote, which he gave me on the spot, and it was much less than other quotes I had gotten. By the time I got to my computer he had already followed up, set a date and he and his son Alex came the following week to do the inspection. They were thorough and used drone technology to examine the roof. I received the final report five hours after they left, with tons of pictures, videos and an impressive software package that allowed me to navigate through the full report, summary, and categories of high, medium and low priority items.
