We were looking for a company to perform a thorough home inspection after making an offer on a home that had been a rental for more than five years and had been vacant for several months. HelloPro was highly recommended by our realtor, and we are so thankful to have worked with them.

James and Alex were extremely professional, they were thorough during the inspection process, and they communicated their findings clearly and promptly. Their report was detailed, easy to navigate, and the inspection package included far more than other home inspectors in the area.

Ultimately, our home purchase did not work out and without support from HelloPro, we may have purchased a property without fully recognizing the risks associated with an older home with many years of differed maintenance.
