My husband and I were very pleased with HelloPro Home Inspections, LLC. We were living in New York State and was having a house built in S Carolina. We was unable to watch the building process of our new home because of living so far away. I called HelloPro to do the final inspection. They explained how and what they would do as far as the inspection. We had a couple of concerns about the land elevation and they addressed our concerns plus more. The final report was on a formal list as well as actual live videos. This gave us peace of mind before moving into our new home. Where do I even begin?!? Very professional and showed up when scheduled. Called early in the day to ask (not demand) if they could change the appointment time since they had another appointment close by. They took the time to explain what they were looking at during the inspection and also explained why things were deficient (or if they seemed deficient to the untrained eye but really weren't). James and Alex were prompt, professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of the inspection. They were able to provide the detailed report the same day. The report included pictures and short videos.
