I went under contract on a home earlier in the year, and contacted Hellopro to setup an inspection. The home unfortunately had too many issues to feasibly close, but thanks to James and his professional approach, thorough inspection, and one of the best reports I’ve ever seen; helped me avoid making a costly mistake. When I found a new construction home, James and Hellopro was my first choice. As with the previous report, the findings were clear and easy to understand and identify, and the priority ranking system makes it so helpful to share the findings with the owner or builder to work out repairs.
