James and Blake did a thorough inspection of the home. They were professional, punctual, and detailed. They took pictures to document everything which was a huge help to us. They also ordered their list of suggested repairs by priority of safety and also by those repairs which might require professionals/skilled craftsmen. We were very pleased because our inspection report was ready the same day as the inspection. This timeliness helped us make a list of repairs in time for completion before closing. Read more >

This is the second home that I have used HelloPro Home Inspections for. The first home had several issues, and these professionals were able to guide me through all of the problems. If it weren't for their thorough inspection, I would be unaware of several issues in the home. They are trusted and knowledgeable inspectors, and I felt very confident in buying another home after they inspected it. They explained everything very well and had the utmost attention to detail. Their inspection portal was easy to use and came with photos and videos. This became essential as it allowed us to communicate issues with sellers better.
