I've been using them for gutter cleaning. They do a fine job, are polite and reliable. But I paid them $450 last year (not cheap for 3 houses) and $507 for the same exact job this year. That's nearly a 12% increase in one year and I feel taken advantage of. I'm going to continue using them until I can find someone who charges a reasonable amount. Chris is very nice.
