I received great service from Patrick. He was in the neighborhood and I approached him about alae on two sides of my house. He gave me a quote. I asked when he could do the cleaning and he said as soon as he was done with my neighbors work he would take care of me. Patrick was very polite and knowledgeable. A task well done.

Very disappointed with their work. They did not finish the job as front brick of the house was not cleaned at all with lots of plant debris as u can see in the pics. When I called them Abt it almost 3 weeks ago they initially promised to come out but then never did with one excuse after another, and eventually just dropped the ball completely and stopped communicating, even when they scheduled it once but never even showed up nor called. Terrible communication and just not as professional as one hoped. Unfortunately They got their full Payment and left me hanging 😡😡 word to the wise. Don't pay the bill till the job is done. Lesson learned.!!

I hired Heffernan's Home Services to power wash the vinyl siding on my home on Friday July 17, 2020 when they had completed the work the siding was still wet, I paid them. The next day I noticed there was an area of siding in the rear of my house that had a residue on it. I thought perhaps it was some of the cleaning solution that was not properly rinsed off, so I attempted to rinse it off with a garden hose. Only some of it rinsed off. Then on Monday July 20 I called Heffernan’s in an attempt to have them come back out to either rinse or rewash the small area. I called and they said Chris would call me back, he didn’t. The next day the 21st they contacted me and said they would have Chris call me, he didn’t. I called back on the 24th I spoke with Kayla and she assured me that they would get back to me.
