Joey the one who did my work was Professional and they work done was excellent.

Heffernan’s did an excellent job cleaning my windows. They were on time, friendly, and the windows are sparkling clean. I would use them again without hesitation and definitely recommend.

I have used Heffernan's for over half of a decade now. Window Washing is the primary service ordered, but also house siding cleaning and patio/flagstone cleaning. I will probably stick with them.

This year's window cleaning seemed to go fine, but only one service person was sent. I ordered the same service I previously used, which includes screen cleaning and wiping out the dirt from the bottom tray, the space between the screen and the window.

Although I gave the person a tip upon completion, relying upon my past experience with them, I did not check the service performed. The bottom trays were not wiped out, two screens had not be reinstalled, and several hard-to-remove screens on the bottom level had been bent or torn.

Heffernan's resolved the situation (but not with alacrity) and had the bent screens repaired and re-installed. They are honest...

You know you have found the right service with the right people when they come out and give you not only a free estimate but take the time to address all of our questions! Really appreciate the time and commitment to making sure they provided the right service at the right price! The fact they they even deferred some services that were not really needed made us a permanent customer. They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them !

Company damaged neighbors property. Spraying chemicals on cameras and outdoor furniture. Was told multiple times not to trespass on the neighbors property and when confronted kept yelling "what are you going to do about it". Yelled homophobic slurs and cussed at the neighbor. All while continuing to pressure wash past 10 pm in a residential neighborhood. It was the owner Chris. I have multiple videos and photos from security cameras along with your trucks onsite.

About 2-3 hours later arriving than expected but the young man who came was thorough and worked without goofing off...a nice job. Price is somewhat higher than competition so I will ship a bit more next time.
